SUNNYVALE, CA–(September 9, 2010) – Zoran Corporation (NASDAQ: ZRAN), the U.S. DTV video processor market-share leader in flat panel televisions, is demonstrating its latest cable and satellite set-top box processor platforms now available for global consumer electronics manufacturers in Hall 5, Stand B05 of the RAI Congress Center at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) from Sept 10 to 14 in Amsterdam.
Zoran supplies Standard and High Definition set-top box platforms for worldwide set top markets including China, Europe, India, the U.S. and other global markets. Zoran has made major inroads in operator markets winning tier 1 designs and expanding its product line up of optimized set-top solutions to cover digital satellite, cable and terrestrial set-top applications.

* SupraXD® 272 a new highly optimized Standard Definition H.264/MPEG 2 satellite reference design with integrated DVB-S2 as well as Channel ¾ modulator supporting NDS, Irdeto and other leading conditional access systems, an ideal solution for growing satellite markets in India, Eastern Europe and Latin America.
* SupraTV® 235 Standard Definition cable U-DTA reference designs supporting Motorola and Cisco copy protection systems, in addition to BNTF, Suontong, and Summavision conditional access systems for China, Europe, India, the U.S. and other global markets, including new cable set-top box models from Cisco and others
* SupraTV® 265 Standard Definition MPEG-2 cable set-top box reference design supporting NDS, Irdeto and other leading copy protection systems, including customer cable set-top boxes for the European market
