Technicolor completes the disposal of Grass Valley Head-end business to the FCDE

PARIS–(May 3, 2011) – Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH) announces the completion of the sale of its Head-end business (previously included in Grass Valley) to FCDE on May 3, 2011, as contemplated in the offer received in February 2011 and according to the terms detailed in the Company’s February 23, 2011 press release. Technicolor has now completed the disposal of all activities that were incorporated within Grass Valley.
