Industry veteran will continue to lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts.
BURBANK, Calif., July 6, 2011 — My Eye Media (www.myeyemedia.com) has announced the promotion of entertainment industry veteran Jane C. Hawley to the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development.
The announcement was made by My Eye Media CEO Michael Kadenacy, who said that Hawley would continue to grow the company’s service line and expand its customer base.
“We’re fortunate to have such a highly regarded industry veteran in our corner,” Kadenacy said. “Jane’s years of experience in this industry are key to My Eye Media meeting the challenges of an evolving marketplace.”
Hawley joined My Eye Media in February 2010. Since that time, the company has seen strong sales growth, significant expansion of its service line and the arrival of new customers.
“It’s been rewarding to be a part of the team as My Eye Media continues to develop cutting-edge digital workflows and expand its presence in the post-production industry,” Hawley said. “As the industry evolves, the need for true content analysis is more important than ever as the studios deliver their product in a highly accelerated time frame and multitude of formats to a diverse customer base both here and abroad.”
Prior to joining My Eye Media, Hawley spent her career at Vidfilm International Digital, where she broke in as a QC Operator and moved up through the ranks to the position of Vice President, Global Account Management. During her tenure, she oversaw such studio accounts as Disney, Sony, Fox, Universal, DreamWorks and Miramax. Vidfilm was subsequently acquired by Technicolor.
Hawley graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication.
