Matrox Releases Mountain Lion Support for Entire Line of I/O and H.264 Encoding Products

MONTREAL – August 1, 2012 — Matrox® Video Products Group today announced the immediate availability of Mac® OS X® 10.8 (Mountain Lion) support for Apple® Final Cut Pro® X and Apple Compressor with the Matrox MXO2™, Matrox MXO2 MAX families of I/O devices and the Matrox Mojito™ MAX card.

Matrox support for other applications such as Adobe® Creative Suite® 6 Production Premium, Avid® Media Composer® 6, and Avid Symphony™ 10 will be validated as Mountain Lion versions of those applications are released.

Availability
Matrox products are available through a worldwide network of authorized dealers. The new Matrox version 3.0.1 software includes support for Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion), as well as Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion). The software is available now to registered users as a free download from the Matrox website.
