TRACE BEGINS SHIPMENT OF NEW disCOMPOSER SOFTWARE
SAN JOSE, Calif., April 1 — Trace announced yesterday the release of a new version of their disComposer(TM) CD-ROM premastering software, version 1.01. “disComposer has been shipping since July of last year and we’re proud of the fact that the product has been so stable. In this new release, we’ve incorporated some very minor changes to the software to improve overall performance with the Kodak PCD 200 recorder,” said Matthew Leek, Marketing Manager. “By and large, most of the changes have been in the user interface — making it a more elegant environment for CD-ROM developers.”
Upgrade kits will be sent out to existing disComposer customers at no charge within the coming weeks.
