The long wait continues for documented claimants in the Canadian optical disc drive (CD/DVD/BD) price-fixing class action lawsuit.

Responding to our inquiries, we’re told a procedural snafu has once again delayed payments, which the claims administrator now anticipates issuing “in the fall” of 2024. Of course, with time quickly running out, this is subject to change as it has done before.
