AOL Replaces Imation in S&P MidCap 400

Standard & Poors (S&P) announced that, after the close of trading on December 9, 2009, AOL Inc. (NYSE:AOL) has replaced Imation Corp. (NYSE:IMN) in its S&P MidCap 400 index.

Currently, the minimum market capitalization needed to be eligible for inclusion in the S&P MidCap 400 is $850 million and, as of the close of trading on December 1, 2009, Imation had a market capitalization of less than $325 million.
