ATP Launches “WE BUILD WITH YOU: Knowledge and Processes” Training Program for Partners
Taipei, Taiwan (2022-12-01) – ATP Electronics, the global leader in specialized storage and memory solutions, has launched the “WE BUILD WITH YOU: Knowledge and Processes” Training Program for ATP Distributors.
The program aligns with ATP’s “WE BUILD WITH YOU” motto, which emphasizes collaboration, and was inspired by ATP Chief Executive Officer Jeff Hsieh’s vision to grow with the company’s partners.
Instructor and ATP FAE Manager Ercole Rosario Di lorio designed the training for field application engineers (FAEs) and technical sales staff who serve as primary points of contact with clients. It aims to equip distributors with a comprehensive knowledge base on ATP memory and NAND flash storage product features as well as leading technologies and testing processes.
The program aims to build stronger relationships with ATP distributors and partners and ultimately benefit clients who will receive premium technical support. Graduates of the program will be ATP-certified and equipped with expanded failure analysis capabilities.
The “WE BUILD WITH YOU” Training Program consists of the following modules:
• DRAM Module Basics
• NAND Flash Basics
• Introduction to CF, SATA and NVMe
• Introduction to e.MMC and SD
• Introduction to Self-Encrypting Drive (SED)
• Power Loss Protection
• SD Health Status
• Controller Functions
- Introduction to Garbage Collection
- Introduction to Write Amplification Factor and Workloads
- Overprovisioning
As this is an ongoing program, the modules listed above will be updated regularly and new modules will be added when ATP introduces new products and technologies.
