Nearly four years and counting, it’s been a long road for claimants in the Canadian optical disc drive (CD/DVD/BD) price-fixing class action lawsuit.

Since paying approved undocumented claims in June and July of this year, the powers that be have said little to those patiently waiting to have their documented petitions resolved.

Responding to our latest inquiry, we are now told the claims administrator anticipates issuing payments in February or March 2024. Of course, this is unofficial and subject to change.
