AmericDirect announced that it has completed its acquisition of the value added service segments of the Dering Corporation of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. According to the statement, AmericDirect has previously been focused on large volume CD and DVD replication, packaging and distribution services and is now branching out to unrelated industries.
