Cinram Announces Resignation of Trustee

TORONTO, May 22, 2012 – Cinram International Income Fund (TSX: CRW.UN) (the “Fund”) announced today that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Randall Benson from his position as a trustee of the Fund. Mr. Benson will be joining KPMG LLP, the independent auditors of the Fund, as a partner. Based on Mr. Benson’s new role at Cinram’s auditors, Mr. Benson cannot continue as a trustee of the Fund.
