Exascend’s 1 TB CFexpress Type A card can run at 900MB/s read and 850MB/s write, which is close to the theoretical speed for a CFexpress Type A card. This makes them the world’s fastest 1 TB CFexpress Type A media to date. The cards are intended for use by professional photographers, videographers, and content creators who require high speed and high capacity for recording, editing, and shooting high-quality video and still images at a high data rate.

Exascend Essential CFexpress Type A cards come in 120 GB, 180 GB, 240 GB, 360 GB, 480 GB and 1 TB capacities, with the 1 TB model available on October 31 for $499.99 MSRP. Each card has been tested and verified for Sony’s CFexpress Type A cameras, including the α1, α7S III, α7 IV, FX3, and FX6.
