Fortium CEO Update to the Worldwide COVID-19 Pandemic
As Chief Executive Officer of Fortium Technologies, I want to share with you the robust plans and procedures we have put into action to manage the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The health, well-being, and safety of all our people is as important to us as our commitments to our customers. Whilst some changes are being made, we are dedicated and prepared for business as usual.
I want to assure you that there will be no disruption to the support or services we provide. We continue to stay focused on our products and our commitment to you, our customers and partners.
What we are doing
As per the UK government advice on social distancing, all our staff are now working remotely from home. Our dedicated team of professionals are well versed and equipped for such a situation and continue to operate effectively and securely.
Our support staff have all the necessary tools and hardware to support our customers. We are whole-heartedly committed to serving you through these difficult times.
Our development team are continuing to develop our MediaSeal & Patronus product roadmaps. We have many new and exciting features to share with you soon.
Our operations teams are continuing to monitor and update our product services including all our customer infrastructure. Our new central command & control service is fully operational.
All our teams are maintaining effective communication through remote video conferencing, chat, email, and mobile phone.

Despite living in extraordinary times, security is still paramount. Fortium remains committed to providing world-class software products to protect the outstanding content produced by our TV, Film, and Entertainment customers.
Whilst there may be greater issues at hand, it is unfortunate though inevitable that cybercriminals will exploit this situation and put our industry at risk. We want to do all that we can to help prevent this.
