Singulus Technologies AG announced that Microservice, Brazil decided in October 2009 to buy the Singulus system BLULINE II for its prerecorded Blu-ray Disc (BD) replication and, now, the system has successfully passed its final acceptance test and all verifications.
According to the statement, Mr. Isaac Hemsi, CEO of Microservice says: “We always want to have the best quality products in our manufacturing facility in order to provide high quality products to our customers. The decision for BLULINE II will put this plan into action for us.”

The Singulus Blu-ray Disc (BD) production system BLULINE II is designed for the economical production of Blu-ray Discs (BD-ROM Single Layer and Dual Layer (BD-ROM SL/DL), according to the specifications issued by the Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA). All production steps from molding, cooling, metallizing, wet-embossing, lacquering and UV curing to quality inspection are incorporated in the BLULINE II.
