Panasonic Commits Monetary and In-kind Donations to Support Earthquake Victims in Japan
Osaka, Japan – Panasonic Corporation, a world leading consumer electronics company, announced today the company has committed 300 million yen monetary contributions and in-kind donations of 10,000 units each of radios and flashlights and 500,000 dry batteries to aid victims and support the recovery of areas affected by the strong earthquake that struck Tohoku area on March 11.
Panasonic and its employees express deep condolences for victims of the earthquake and sincerely hope for swift recovery of the people and areas in Japan affected by the disaster.
