REDBOX AND LIONSGATE HOME ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCE NEW DAY-AND-DATE AGREEMENT

CHICAGO, Ill. and SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 14, 2017 — Redbox, America’s leading destination for new-release movie and video game rentals at a great value, and global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) have signed a new agreement making Lionsgate content available at Redbox® kiosks the same day as retail sell-through dates.

By the end of 2017, Redbox will have more than 41,500 kiosks nationwide, due to a robust national expansion of 1,500 net new kiosks this year, with even more planned in 2018.
