Sonic Solutions announced the availability of its RoxioNow entertainment platform on the latest System LSI in the UniPhier series from the Panasonic Corporation.
According to the statement, the integration will enable consumers to instantly stream a broad catalog of digital entertainment, including the newest movie releases, on a wide range of next-generation connected HDTVs and Blu-ray Disc players from multiple manufacturers (pending final device review by content providers).
