Sony DADC appoints Jesper Schertiger as new Senior Vice President European Sales and Marketing
London, April 29, 2014 – As of today, Jesper Schertiger will take over from Chris Reiser and will be in charge of Sony DADC European Sales and Marketing.
The entertainment industry is facing an unprecedented change as consumers adopt new behaviors and challenge providers to advance fresh business models. To continue the successful journey, Sony DADC is now appointing Jesper Schertiger as SVP European Sales and Marketing.
Jesper Schertiger will assume responsibility for the entire European sales function including both physical and digital supply chain services as well as Customer Service, Account management, Planning and Special Packaging. This combined with responsibility for the sale of Global Platform Services (GPS) – a newly integrated platform service for complete media lifecycle operations management, will allow a holistic sales approach.
With over twenty years of experience in the physical and digital content industry, including a strong focus on the International Home Entertainment Market, Jesper Schertiger will play a key role in enabling Sony DADC to support continuously throughout the entire product lifecycle.
