Denon Electronics announced its new line of ten audio/video receivers. According to the statement, the lineup features five new models in the company’s Retail Home Theater series, including the AVR-991 ($999 available July), AVR-891 ($799 available May), AVR-791 ($499 available May), AVR-591 ($349 available May) and AVR-391 ($249 available July).

Denon Electronics announced it S-5BD BD/Receiver, a single-component home entertainment solution that combines a surround sound receiver with a Blu-ray Disc player. According to the statement, the unit offers 5.1-channel surround sound with 2-source, 2-zone distribution capabilities, Blu-ray BD-Live connectivity and features HDMI 1.4 with support of the Audio Return Channel.
