USITC Investigates Latest Fujifilm LTO Complaint Against Sony

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) announced it will investigate a supplemental complaint filed by Fujifilm alleging that generation 4, 5 and 6 Linear Tape-Open (LTO) cartridges and components imported by Sony infringe patents owned by the company and affiliates.

Spectra Adds LTO-5 to T-Series Tape Libraries

Spectra Logic announced that it is now shipping LTO-5 drives and Spectra certified LTO-5 media cartridges in its T-Series tape libraries.
