Pay TV Declines in Q2 2011

IHS Screen Digest announced it reckons that the number of U.S. households subscribing to pay television video services declined by nearly 370,000 in the second quarter of 2011, with cable operators taking the biggest hit.

American Television Viewers Slow to Cut the Cord

J.D. Power and Associates announced that, according to its latest survey, only 3% of U.S. pay-to-view TV customers report having cut the cord in favour of other viewing options.
