Public Media Works, Inc. (EntertainmentXpress) announced that it has signed an agreement with Spot Venture Distribution Inc. and Signifi Solutions Inc. to jointly manage and expand Spot’s DVD movie and game kiosk business in the greater Toronto area and other Canadian locations.
