The CW Inks Streaming Agreement with Hulu

The CW Television Network announced that it has signed a five-year licensing agreement with Hulu for the rights to stream in-season episodes of The CW’s programming on the Hulu Plus subscription service as well as the free, ad-supported Hulu service.

DVD6C Seeks to Collect Unpaid DVD Royalties

The DVD6C Licensing Group (DVD6C) announced that its authorized licensor, Toshiba, has filed demands for arbitration to collect royalties allegedly due under DVD6C patent licenses with Axiom Technologies Manufacturing Pte Ltd. (Singapore), GDD Manufacturing S.r.l. (Italy) and Premium Disc Corporation (Canada).

LOVEFiLM and Warner Sign Film Distribution Pact
