DVD6C Seeks to Collect Patent Royalties

The DVD6C Licensing Group (DVD6C) announced that on January 15, 2010, Toshiba, the authorized licensor for DVD6C, filed demands for arbitration to collect royalties allegedly due under DVD6C patent licenses with Duplium Corporation (Canada), Advanced Duplication Services LLC (USA), MAF Diskettes s.r.l. (Italy) and Bestdisc Technology Corporation (Taiwan).

DVD6C Terminates License Agreement with Infodisc Taiwan

The DVD6C Licensing Group (DVD6C) announced that it has terminated its patent license agreement with Infodisc Technology Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) effective as of April 15, 2010.
