XPAND Appoints Marty Jaffe As CFO

LOS ANGELES–XPAND, a global market leader in active 3D technology for home, cinema and education applications, today announced it has appointed Marty Jaffe as chief financial officer (CFO) of the company, effective immediately.

As CFO, Jaffe will be the senior financial executive for XPAND, overseeing and managing all financial activities and planning and advising the management team on strategic matters.

Prior to joining XPAND, Jaffe served as the CFO of Syabas Technology, Inc., a software developer of wired and wireless digital home entertainment products. Jaffe has also held positions at Dolby Laboratories, The Chronicle Publishing Company and other firms.

Marty Jaffe is a lawyer and certified public accountant. He holds a B.A. in political and social behavior from Occidental College, a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of The Law, and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley. Jaffe and his family reside in Oakland, CA.
